How does the data collection work?

Data collection is conducted in strict accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The procedure is outlined below:

Online recordings:

1. Consent Form
   All participants must sign the consent form before the experiment begins.

2. Meeting Participation
   1. Participants should attend the meeting as usual and interact as naturally as possible.
   2. Everyone must keep their cameras on throughout the meeting.
   3. Microphones should be on while speaking and muted otherwise to minimize background noise.
3. Recording Instructions for Organizers
   If the meeting needs to be recorded by the organizer, detailed instructions can be found in the presentation provided.

Face-to-face recordings
